TIP SEPARATA

Quince Cake

Ingredients

Dough:

2 Eggs

400 gr Leavening flour

200 grs Sugar

200 grs Manteca

Essence of vanilla 1cda

Filling:

Quince sweet 400 grs

Preparation

Step 01
Shake the ointment with the sugar for 5 minutes with an electric mixer until it forms a cream. Add the eggs the vanilla essence and continue beating.

Step 02
Incorporate the leavening flour with the aid of a spatula without kneading.

Step 03
